产品描述	Glaucocalyxin B is a diterpenoid isolated from Rabdosia japonica with anticancer and antitumor activity. It decreases the growth of HL-60 cells (IC50: 5.86 μM).

体外活性	Glaucocalyxin A (GlnA)和(GlnB)能够剂量依赖性地降低HL-60细胞的生长（24小时的IC50分别为6.15和5.86μM）。Gln A和B均可诱导HL-60细胞的细胞凋亡、G2/M期阻滞、DNA损伤以及活性氧（ROS）的积累[1]。GlnB通过诱发细胞凋亡和自噬，抑制了人类宫颈癌细胞的体外增殖，这一作用可能是通过磷脂酰肌醇4,5二磷酸3激酶/Akt信号通路介导的。GlnB对HeLa和SiHa宫颈癌细胞系的增殖具有剂量依赖性抑制作用，增加了凋亡细胞群体并增强了多(ADP核糖)聚合酶1的切割[2]。
细胞实验	The microglia cell viability is assessed by MTT assay. Cells are seeded in 96-well plates at the density of 5 × 10^4 cells/well. The cell culture supernatant is discarded after treatment with various agents, and then 30 μL of MTT (0.5 mg/mL) solution is added into each well. After incubation for 4 h at 37 °C, 100 μL of DMSO is added into each well to dissolve the formazan dye, and then the absorbance of solubilized formazan is measured by microplate reader [3].
