The Solubility Fragment Library consists of about 957 low molecular fragments with Rule-of-Three compliance and assured solubility in both DMSO (200mM) and PBS buffer (1mM).
The reduced size and complexity of those molecules allow more efficient chemical space sampling. The subsequent growing and or combining of the fragments leaves more opportunities to produce a lead with a higher affinity and improved physicochemical properties.
The OTAVAchemicals General Fragments Library, comprising 13,685 compounds, has been designed based upon the commonly accepted Rule-of-Three and other physicochemical and structural properties.
Applying the Fsp³ cut-off at 0.45 to the Life Chemicals General Fragment Library resulted in our Fsp³-enriched Fragment Library of around 18,400 compounds.
The ChemBridge Fragment Library offers more than 13,500 compounds that can be individually selected, allowing researchers to build fragment sets of size and composition best suited to their research objectives and methodologies.
