产品描述	Cyclo(RGDyK) trifluoroacetate is a potent and selective αVβ3 integrin inhibitor with IC50 of 20 nM.
靶点活性	αvβ3 integrin:20 nM
体外活性	Cyclo(RGDyK) 对 αVβ3 的亲和力和选择性远大于对 αVβ5 和 αIIbβ3。[1] 与未结合 Cyclo(RGDyK) 的微球(NPM)相比，Cyclo(RGDyK)-结合的微球(TPM)通过整合素介导的内吞作用，促进了DiI对B16-F10细胞和HUVECs的细胞特异性摄取。[2]
体内活性	在apoE/小鼠中，Cyclo(RGDyK) (1 nmol, i.v.) 抑制了左侧狭窄颈动脉内膜中αVβ3整合素表达的增加。[2]
