体内活性	（±）-泛酸（3×200 mg/kg；腹腔注射，单剂量）阻断VPA诱导的c-Myb与Pim-1蛋白表达的下降；在接受VPA注射的CD-1小鼠中，减少神经管缺陷（NTD）的发生率至6.8%，而未经治疗组的发生率为23.6% [1]。
