靶点活性	Chymase (human):0.7 nM, Simian chymase:0.4 nM
体内活性	TY-51469 inhibits the accumulation of neutrophils in the lung and decreases silica-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. TY-51469 displays 100% stability in rat plasma at 40°C for as long as 1 hour [1].
