Cyclocreatine and its water-soluble derivative, cyclocreatine phosphate (CCrP), are potent cardioprotective drugs. Cyclocreatine phosphate can be used for the research of cancer[1].

Cyclocreatine phosphate (CCrP) (i.p.; 37.5 mg/mL; 0.2 mL, twice daily) shows anti-tumor activity without any significant signs of toxicity in a mouse xenograft model for human prostate cancer [1].
