| 体外活性 | Antitumor agent-28 inhibits ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM; IC 50 =7.6 nM; HT29 cells), ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein (ATR; IC 50 =18 μM; HT29 cells), PI3Ka (IC 50 =0.24 μM; BT474 cells). Antitumor agent-28 does not inhibit mTOR in MDA-MB-468 cells[1]. |
