体内活性	Orally administered Adenylosuccinic acid (3-3000 μg/mL; 6 weeks) significantly improves features of murine DMD, reducing centronucleated fibers, lipid accumulation, connective tissue infiltration, and Ca2+ content in mdx tibialis anterior [1].
