TNIK-IN-4 (compound 5a) (0.4-100 μM; 72 hours) has inhibitory activity against typical colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 with IC 50 of 36.423 μM [1]. Cell Proliferation Assay Cell Line: HCT116 cells [1] Concentration: 0.4, 1.2, 3.7, 11.1, 33.3 and 100 μM Incubation Time: 72 hours Result: Showed inhibitory activity against typical colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 with IC 50 of 36.423 μM.
