| 产品描述 | (+)-Cloprostenol is a analogue of prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α), and is selective prostaglandin receptor agonistic. |
| 体外活性 | D-Closrostenol and PGF2α have the same potency. In inhibiting the binding of [3H] PGF2α to the corpus luteum membrane, its potency is about 150 times that of dl-cloprostenol (P<0.05), and its potency is about 280 times that of PGE1. However, in myometrial cell membranes, d-cloprostenol and PGF2 alpha are about 10 times more potent than dl-cloprostenol and 95 times more potent than PGE1[2]. |
