产品描述	D-JNKI-1 (AM-111) is a highly effective and cell-permeable peptide inhibitor.
体外活性	D-JNKI-1 (AM-111; 1μM-1mM) treatment can prevent neomycin-exposed hair cell apoptosis and loss.
体内活性	D-JNKI-1 (AM-111; 10μM) can prevent almost all hair cell death and permanent hearing loss caused by neomycin ototoxicity in guinea pig cochlea mp. Local delivery of D-JNKI-1 can also prevent permanent hearing loss caused by hearing trauma in a dose-dependent manner. D-JNKI-1 (0.3 mg / kg, intraperitoneal injection) reversed these pathological events in the rat brain mitochondria, almost completely eliminating the release of cytochrome c and the cleavage of PARP. D-JNKI-1 (1 μg / kg, s.c.) caused a significant decrease in the disease activity index and reduced the expression of CD4 + and CD8 + cells in mice.
