Triclacetamol, a trichloroacetyl derivative of Acetaminophen, exhibits weak cyclooxygenase inhibitory properties along with the analgesic and antipyretic activities characteristic of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). Additionally, it functions as an anti-inflammatory agent and promotes the excretion of uric acid.
