产品描述 | Nesosteine sodium salt is an effective bronchitis inhibitor that enhances the rheology and production of bronchial mucus in rabbits. When administered via sulfuric acid nebulization in animals with induced bronchitis, this compound significantly reduces the viscosity of bronchial mucus and increases mucus production in healthy animals. It exhibits greater activity compared to other mucoregulatory drugs, such as Sobrerol, N-acetylcysteine, bromhexine, ambroxol, S-carboxymethylcysteine, and thiopropamine. Additionally, Nesosteine sodium salt reduces the total protein content in the airway bronchial mucus, including albumins and mucoproteins α1, α2, β, and γ. |
