CGP78850 is a potent and selective Grb2 SH2-phosphopeptide interaction antagonist that holds potential for cancer research.

体外活性

CGP78850 (0~100 μM; 90 minutes; MDA-MB-468 cells) reduces the amount of associated Grb2 protein in a dose-dependent manner[1]. CGP78850 blocks epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-Grb2 and Shc-Grb2 interaction in living cells. CGP78850 inhibits MDA-MB-468 cells to form colonies in soft agar in a dose-dependent manner[1]. Western Blot Analysis[1]Cell Line: MDA-MB-468 cells Concentration: 0~100 μM Incubation Time: 90 minutes Result: Reduced the amount of associated Grb2 protein in a dose-dependent manner.
