FZD7 antagonist 1 (peptide 34), a dFz7-21 analogue, inhibits wnt3a with an IC50 of 9.2 nM and blocks TcdB−FZD interaction by targeting FZD receptors [1].
Fz7-21 TFA ((Ac)-LPSDDLEFWCHVMY-NH2 TFA), a peptide antagonist of Frizzled 7 (FZD 7) receptors, selectively binds to FZD7 CRD subclass. The EC50 values are 58 and 34 nM for human and mouse FZD7 CRD, respectively.
FJ9 is a FZD7 inhibitor which disrupts protein-protein interaction between Frz7 and the PDZ domain of DVL, and induces apoptosis in melanoma cell line and non-small cell lung cancer cell line.
