产品描述 | NNK is a nicotinic nitrosylated derivative. It activates ERK1/2 and PKCα, and activates Bcl2 phosphorylation at Ser70, as well as c-Myc at Thr58 and Ser62.It can be used to construct mouse models of lung cancer, as well as to induce proliferation and survival of human lung cancer cells. |

体内活性 | 方法:雌性 A/J 小鼠(7 周龄)通过胃内管饲法 (i.g.) 或腹腔注射用连续八剂 NNK(每周 3 μmol),观察小鼠致癌情况。 结果:26周后,所有小鼠都出现了肺腺瘤。[1] 方法:F344 大鼠中,一周三次共20周,总剂量702mg,皮下给药,12个月后观察小鼠致癌情况。 结果:67%的大鼠患有肺癌。[2] |
