体外活性
在原始神经元中，4-PPBP maleate 诱导 ERK1/2 磷酸化。[3]
体内活性
在大鼠中，通过静脉（i.v.）注射4-PPBP maleate（1 μmol/kg）后，可在短暂局部缺血后减少脑损伤。[2]
