产品描述	Nemifitide acetate(173240-15-8 free base) (INN 00835 acetate) is a synthetic pentapeptide antidepressant with a potential for rapid onset of action. It is a peptide analog of melanocyte-inhibiting factor (MIF).
体外活性	体外研究显示，nemifitide 及其活性代谢产物 (M1) 在微摩尔浓度下能够与多种受体结合，包括 5-HT2A、5-HT2C、黑色素皮质素 MC4、MC5 及bombesin[3]。
体内活性	Nemifitide（0.3 mg/kg；IP；每日；14天）在治疗仅5天后，显著增加了FSL大鼠的游泳活动，并具有持久效果[2]。不论是低剂量（0.025-0.3 mg/kg）还是高剂量（3.0-15.0 mg/kg）Nemifitide（0.0125-15.0 mg/kg）均显著提高了FSL大鼠的游泳活动，但中等剂量（0.4-2.4 mg/kg）则无此效果[2]。
