| 体外活性 | 在兔全血中，Succinobucol（10, 50, 100 μM）导致胶原蛋白诱导的血小板聚集以剂量依赖的方式减少。Succinobucol（10, 100 μM）显著降低了对X/XO的松弛反应。 |
| 体内活性 | 在肺转移性乳腺癌小鼠中，通过尾部注射给予Succinobucol（40 mg/kg）显著降低了平均转移结节数。而在大鼠中，通过静脉注射Succinobucol（50、100、150 mg/kg）对心率或MAP均无显著影响。 |
