体外活性 | CORM-401 (0.5, 1 mM) induced a sustained increase in the oxygen consumption rate of endothelial EA.hy926 cells; CORM-401 (10, 30, 100 μM) induced a concentration-dependent increase in OCR, while ECAR decreased [2]; CORM-401 (50 μM; 1 h) significantly reduced TNF-α/CHX and H2O2-induced ROS generation and cell death [3]; CORM-401 (10, 30, 100 μM) induced a concentration-dependent increase in OCR, while ECAR decreased. At the same time, CORM-401 (100 μM; 1 h) induced NO production in endothelial EA.hy926 cells. In addition, CORM-401 (30 μM) induced a spike calcium signal and enhanced the coupling of endoplasmic reticulum and plasma membrane storage calcium channels [4]. |
