Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 4(TNFSF4/OX40L) is a single-pass type II membrane protein. OX40L is expressed by DCs, macrophages and B cells and signals via its cognate receptor OX40 which is mainly expressed on APCs. OX40L/OX40 interactions are important in T-cell activation and survival and for the generation of memory T cells from activated effector T cells. It is a cytokine that binds to TNFRSF4, Co-stimulates T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. 复溶方法	Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in distilled water. The product concentration should not be less than 100 μg/ml. Before opening, centrifuge the tube to collect powder at the bottom. After adding the reconstitution buffer, avoid vortexing or pipetting for mixing.
存储	Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.
