The miR-137 served as a tumor suppressor in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its suppressive effect is mediated by repressing TGFA expression. 生物活性	1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human TGF-alpha at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human EGFR hFc, the EC50 of Human EGFR hFc is 80-500 ng/mL. 2. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using Balb/c 3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.5-2.5 ng/mL.
