体外活性 | 方法:3β-Ursodeoxycholic acid (Isoursodeoxycholic acid) (100 μM)与乙醇(80μM)处理Hep G2 细胞,探讨3β-Ursodeoxycholic acid (Isoursodeoxycholic acid)和 乙醇对Hep G2 细胞的细胞毒性作用以及两者之间对Hep G2 细胞的相互作用。 结果:3β-Ursodeoxycholic acid (Isoursodeoxycholic acid) 未显示出任何细胞毒性作用,并且可以对乙醇诱导的细胞损伤具有细胞保护作用。[4] |
体内活性 | 方法:3β-Ursodeoxycholic acid (Isoursodeoxycholic acid) 或者UDCA(2.5 g/kg,口服,3周)分别给予大鼠 ,比较UDCA和isoUDCA在大鼠实验性胆汁淤积中的代谢和对胆汁淤积的影响。 结果:3β-Ursodeoxycholic acid (Isoursodeoxycholic acid) 在肝脏中完全转化为UDCA;胆汁置换症和胆汁胆汁酸在十二指肠内给药任一化合物后相同。口服UDCA或3β-Ursodeoxycholic acid (Isoursodeoxycholic acid) 可显著改善慢性胆汁淤积症的肝脏生化,但未改善临床和组织学参数。[1] |
