Zidebactam sodium salt is a potent inhibitor of β-lactamase, and also is an inhibitor of penicillin-binding protein2 (PBP2)(IC50 of 0.26 μg/mL).

PBP2 (P. aeruginosa):0.26±0.06 μg/mL
体外活性
Zidebactam sodium salt inhibits WT Enterobacteriaceae with MIC50 of 0.25?mg/L[1].Zidebactam sodium salt alone exhibits variable activity when tested against E. coli (MIC50/90 0.12/0.12 ?mg/L) and Enterobacter spp with MIC50/90 of 0.12/0.25? mg/L[1].
