产品描述	XL44, as an hRpn13 binder, triggers hRpn13-dependent apoptosis and limits cell viability via a PCLAF-dependent mechanism. It causes ubiquitin-dependent degradation of hRpn13 Pru and ubiquitin-independent degradation of specific KEN box-containing proteins [1].
体外活性	XL44, when applied at a concentration of 20 μM to RPMI 8226 cell lysates over a period of 4-24 hours, triggers apoptosis through an hRpn13-dependent mechanism and diminishes hRpn13Pru levels [1]. Western Blot Analysis confirms these findings [1].
