SARS-CoV-2-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of Mpro(SARS-CoV-2 Mpro, SARS-CoV Mpro and MERS-CoV Mpro with IC50s of 0.67, 0.90 and 0.58 μM, respectively).
体外活性
SARS-CoV-2-IN-1 inhibits RNA replication with an EC50 of 1.75 μM in a SARS-CoV replicon. In human Calu3 cells infected with the novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV-2-IN1(EC50 of 4-5 μM).
体内活性
SARS-CoV-2-IN-1 shows the Cmax is 126.2 ng/mL. The mean residence time for SARS-CoV-2-IN-1 is extended to 2.7 hours and the plasma half-life in CD-1 mice is 1.8 hour.
