体外活性	RSM-932A exhibits effective anti proliferative activity against most tumor derived cell lines tested, including those from breast, lung, colon, bladder, liver, ovary, bone, cervix, kidney, pancreas, melanoma, and brain tumors, with an IC50 of 1.3-7.1 μM at 72 hours [1]
体内活性	RSM-932A exhibits strong in vivo anticancer activity and is not toxic at effective doses [1].
