NOS-IN-2 (Compound 4i), an imidamide-derived NOS inhibitor, exhibits high potency and selectivity, specifically inhibiting iNOS with an IC50 of 20 μM while sparing eNOS. Demonstrating minimal toxicity, it is suitable for research on inflammatory disorders [1].
体外活性
NOS-IN-2 (Compound 4i) shows high iNOS selectivity without eNOS inhibition activity [1]. NOS-IN-2 (0-100 μM, 30 min) has little toxicity [1]. Cell Viability Assay [1] Cell Line: HUVECs Concentration: 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 μM Incubation Time: 30 min Result: Had little toxicity, only at the concentration above 100 μM, the cell viability was significantly (approximately 20%) reduced.
