产品描述	LUF5771 is a highly potent allosteric inhibitor of recombinant luteinizing hormone (recLH) and Org 43553. It exhibits partial activation of the LH receptor with low efficacy [1].
体外活性	LUF5771 (1 μM or 10 μM) allosteric inhibition is concentration-dependent. LUF5771 significantly increases radioligand dissociation. LUF5771 probably binds to the seven transmembrane domain like Org 43553 does. LUF5771 (10 μM) alone is able to partially activate the LH receptor by 31±4% [1].
