| 体内活性 | LAS 31180 administered either by the intravenous or oral route, in conscious chronically instrumented beagle dogs, displays a dose-dependent, long-lasting positive inotropic influence with minimal effects on heart rate. LAS 31180 elicits a potent and long-lasting fall in blood pressure, in hypertensive beagle dogs[1]. |
