产品描述	L-Homopropargylglycine hydrochloride is an alkyl-based PROTAC linker used in PROTAC synthesis. It is an amino acid analog of methionine with an alkyne group, enabling a click chemical reaction with azide-containing Alexa Fluor.
体外活性	PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
