体外活性

Farobin A (compound 3) 在100 μg/mL时，对变形链球菌 ATCC 25175（抑制率为28%）和远缘链球菌 ATCC 33478（抑制率为26%）具有中等抗菌活性[1]。在RAW264.7细胞中，LPS刺激浓度为2463.9 pg/mL并用100 μg/mL的Farobin A处理时，Farobin A将IL-6的产量降低至1051.8 pg/mL；当LPS刺激浓度为14,644.8 pg/mL，并用100 μg/mL的Farobin A处理时，Farobin A将TNF-α的产量降低至9606 pg/mL[1]。
