EV-A71-IN-1 (compound 12s) shows activity not only against different EV-A71 strains (BrCr, GZ-CII, EV71/HeN09 and EV71/G082) but also against other representative enteroviruses (CV-A16, EV-D68, Echov-6, CV-B2 and CV-B6) [1].
