产品描述	Bromo-PEG5-phosphonic acid diethyl ester is a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based linker for PROTAC synthesis[1]. It is utilized in the construction of PROteolysis TArgeting Chimeras (PROTACs), which are heterobifunctional molecules designed to induce protein degradation.
体外活性	PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
