Anticancer agent 74 has low cytotoxicity in HepG2 (IC 50 : 72.27 μM), A549 (IC 50 : 70.79 μM), HuCCA-1 (IC 50 : 70.42 μM) and MOLT-3 (IC 50 : 20.71 μM) cell lines. Anticancer agent 74 has low selectivity in HepG2 (IC 50 : 0.88 μM), A549 (IC 50 : 5.08 μM), HuCCA-1 (IC 50 : 5.11 μM) and MOLT-3 (IC 50 : 17.39 μM) cell lines [1]. Cell Cytotoxicity Assay Cell Line: A549, HuCCA-1, HepG2 and MOLT-3 cell lines Concentration: Incubation Time: Result: Had good cytotoxicity, low selectivity and cytotoxicity in all four primary cancer cell lines.
