产品描述	Antibacterial Agent 96 (Compound 4k) is a potent antibacterial and antitubercular compound effective against both drug-susceptible and multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) strains. However, it exhibits toxicity to HepG2 and Vero cells [1].
体外活性	Antibacterial agent 96 shows antibacterial activity with an MIC value of 0.3, 0.2, 0.5, 0.2, 14.4 μM for Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) H37RvPT2, PT12, PT20, qcrB-T313A strain, respectively [1]. Antibacterial agent 96 shows toxicity with CC 50 s of 14.4, >20 μM for HepG2 and Vero cells, respectively [1].
