This compound inhibits the accumulation of IB-MECA-induced cAMP in NCI-H1792 cells and suppresses the proliferation of LK-2 and NCI-H1792 cancer cells. Additionally, Adenosine receptor antagonist5 exhibits a rapid metabolism rate in human liver microsomes.
