产品描述	ABAI-30 is a highly potent and orally bioavailable anti-inflammatory compound that efficiently suppresses nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) activated RAW264.7 cells [1].
体外活性	In RAW264.7 cells, ABAI-30 (10-40 μM) inhibits the TLR4-pp65 and NLRP3-caspase-1 signaling pathway, thus leading to the downregulation of IL6, IL-1β and TNFα at both transcriptional and translational levels [1].
体内活性	In a dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis mouse model, ABAI-30 (25 mg/kg; oral administration; for 5 days) demonstrates high in vivo anti-inflammatory efficacy without causing obvious toxicity [1].
