体外活性
The integration of Structure-Activity Relationship (SAR) and Structure-Kinetics Relationship (SKR) in the hit-to-lead optimization phase led to the identification of a novel, high-affinity CCR2 antagonist (CCR2 antagonist 1 (compound 15a), K i =2.4 nM; RT=714 min) with an extended residence time [1].
