产品描述	SMO-IN-4 (Compound 24) serves as a potent, orally active antagonist of smoothened, exhibiting an IC50 of 24 nM. It demonstrates antitumor activity [1].
体外活性	SMO-IN-4 （10 µM）对所有 CYP 亚型的抑制作用极小，对 hERG 的抑制作用也较低（IC 50 = 38 µM）[1]。
体内活性	在Ptch1 +/-小鼠髓母细胞瘤的皮下异种移植模型中，SMO-IN-4 (50 mg/kg，每日口服灌胃) 可引起肿瘤消退 [2]。SMO-IN-4 (Compound 24) 的药代动力学特性显示：Mouse p.o. (10 mg/kg)，AUC 0-24h 为4183 ng·h/mL，C max 为4132 ng/mL，t 1/2 为1.0 h，生物利用度为49%；Rat p.o. (10 mg/kg)，AUC 0-24h 为5541 ng·h/mL，C max 为2180 ng/mL，t 1/2 为2.3 h，生物利用度为62%；Dog p.o.
