Leukotriene F4
LTF4 |
Others | Others |
LTF4 is a cysteinyl-leukotriene produced in vitro, but not reported to date in vivo. It is formed by the incubation of LTE4 with γ-glutamyl transpeptidase and glutathione. LTF4 is a weak agonist in its ability to contract vascular smooth muscle. [1] The rank order of potency of the cysteinyl-leukotrienes to contract vascular smooth muscle is LTD4 > LTC4 > LTE4 >> LTF4. Carboxypeptidase A1 Protein, Rat, Recombinant (His & Myc)
Cpa1,Carboxypeptidase A1,Cpa |
Rat | E. coli |
Carboxypeptidase that catalyzes the release of a C-terminal amino acid, but has little or no action with -Asp, -Glu, -Arg, -Lys or -Pro. Catalyzes the conversion of leukotriene C4 to leukotriene F4 via the hydrolysis of an amide bond. Carboxypeptidase A1 Protein, Rat, Recombinant (His & Myc) is expressed in E. coli expression system with N-10xHis and C-Myc tag. The predicted molecular weight is 39.6 kDa and the accession number is P00731. |
