Cofilin Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
CFL,HEL-S-15,cofilin 1 (non-muscle) |
Human | E. coli |
CFL1, also known as n-cofilin, is a member of the ADF/Cofilin family. This family comprises three genes: CFL1, CFL2 and DSTN (destrin). ADF/Cofilin family members bind G-actin monomers and depolymerize actin filaments through two mechanisms: severing and increasing the off-rate for actin monomers from the pointed end. Cofilin also binds with other proteins such as myosin, tropomyosin, α-actinin, gelsolin and scruin. These proteins compete with cofilin for actin binding. Сofilin also plays a...

Cofilin 2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
cofilin 2 (muscle),NEM7 |
Human | E. coli |
Cofilin 2 (muscle), also known as CFL2, is a member of cofilin family of the actin-binding protein superfamily. Cofilin2 shows significant homology to the other two members: cofilin 1 and DSTN, through its entire sequence, and contains residues conserved among the cofilin family that are responsible for actin-binding. Cofilin 2 (CFL2) is an important regulator of striated myocyte function. Purified cofilin 2 depolymerized actin filaments in a dose- and pH-dependent manner and reduced the apparen...

SPRED1 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His & Myc & SUMO)
SPRED1,Sprouty-related, EVH1 domain-containing protein |
Human | E. coli |
Tyrosine kinase substrate that inhibits growth-factor-mediated activation of MAP kinase. Negatively regulates hematopoiesis of bone marrow. Inhibits fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-induced retinal lens fiber differentiation, probably by inhibiting FGF-mediated phosphorylation of ERK1/2. Attenuates actin stress fiber formation via inhibition of TESK1-mediated phosphorylation of cofilin. Inhibits TGFB-induced epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition in lens epithelial cells. SPRED1 Protein, Human, Reco...

Chimeric HLA-A*02:01 (mα3) &B2M&LMP2 (CLGGLLTMV) Monomer Protein, Human&Mouse, MHC (His & Avi)
RING12,PSMB9,Proteasome chain 7,RMF,LMP-2,LMP2,MHC,Macropain... |
Human & Mouse | HEK293 Cells |
The immunoproteasome, having been linked to neurodegenerative diseases and hematological cancers, has been shown to play an important role in MHC class I antigen presentation. The development of molecular probes that selectively inhibit the major catalytic subunit, LMP2, of the immunoproteasome,LMP2-rich cancer cells compared to LMP2-deficient cancer cells are more sensitive to growth inhibition by the LMP2-specific inhibitor, implicating an important role of LMP2 in regulating cell growth of ma...

WAGR,WT33,AWT1,GUD,RMF,WT1,WIT-2,MHC,NPHS4GUD |
Human & Mouse | HEK293 Cells |
The WT1 protein plays a role in cell growth, the process by which cells mature to perform specific functions (differentiation), and the self-destruction of cells (apoptosis). WT1 is differentially expressed in serous, endometrioid, clear cell, and mucinous carcinomas of the peritoneum, fallopian tube, ovary, and endometrium. The Human HLA-A*0201 WT-1 (RMFPNAPYL) complex Protein is a complex of HLA-A*0201 of the MHC Class I, B2M and RMFPNAPYL peptide of the WT-1.
